Application Terms of Use
Effective August 23, 2026
Agreement and permitted users
These Application Terms of Use govern access to Guardian Restoration’s employee portal, customer portal, QuickBooks connection, and related secure tools (collectively, the “Application”). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to these terms. The Application is available only to people authorized by Guardian Restoration Inc. (“Guardian”) or, for customer-facing features, people authorized to access the applicable project. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
Limited license
Guardian grants each authorized user a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the Application for legitimate Guardian business or the user’s authorized project. No ownership rights are transferred. Users may not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, disrupt, misuse, or attempt unauthorized access to the Application or its data.
Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, use only your own authorized account, protect your sign-in credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Guardian may suspend or revoke access to protect customers, employees, financial information, projects, or systems. Guardian does not ask users to place passwords, private keys, client secrets, or access tokens in chat, email, or ordinary website forms.
QuickBooks and connected services
The Application may allow an authorized Guardian administrator to connect Guardian’s QuickBooks Online company and other third-party services. Connection is voluntary and requires authorization through the third party’s own sign-in and consent process. Guardian uses authorized accounting data only to operate approved business, reporting, reconciliation, job-costing, and administrative functions. Third-party products remain governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Intuit and QuickBooks are trademarks of Intuit Inc.; Guardian’s use of those services does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
Data access, use, and protection
Guardian limits access to authorized personnel and approved business purposes. Available safeguards may include individual access, role controls, audit records, encrypted credentials or tokens, and revocation procedures. Information is handled as described in the Guardian Restoration Privacy Policy. Users must not export, disclose, alter, or use customer, employee, project, or financial information without authorization.
Disconnecting and termination
An authorized Guardian administrator may disconnect a connected service through the Application or the service provider’s controls. Guardian may terminate or restrict Application access at any time when authorization ends, these terms are violated, security requires it, or the Application is discontinued. Provisions concerning ownership, confidentiality, responsibility, and limitations survive termination where applicable.
Availability and changes
Guardian may maintain, update, restrict, or discontinue features and does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Users should verify important project and financial information against the applicable source records before relying on it. Guardian may update these terms by publishing a revised effective date on this page.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the Application is provided “as is” and “as available.” Guardian is not responsible for outages, errors, or acts of unaffiliated third-party services. Nothing in the Application determines insurance coverage, replaces professional legal, tax, or accounting advice, or changes a signed customer or project agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply.
