Can Guardian rebuild after another company completes mitigation?
Yes. Guardian can evaluate the available mitigation records, current property conditions, remaining damage, measurements, and required repairs before developing the reconstruction path.
Who coordinates the different trades?
Guardian manages the approved sequence across the trades required for the project. The exact team depends on structural, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, drywall, millwork, flooring, paint, exterior, and finish needs.
How are concealed conditions handled?
Conditions that could not reasonably be confirmed before demolition or access are documented when discovered. Guardian explains the effect on method, scope, materials, schedule, or cost before affected work proceeds when possible.
Can Guardian reconstruct an occupied home or operating facility?
Sometimes. Occupancy depends on life safety, utilities, contamination, egress, noise, dust, access, building-system interruptions, and the ability to separate occupants from the work. Guardian can develop phased plans when conditions permit.
What happens before the project is considered complete?
Guardian reviews the authorized scope and applicable changes, inspects the work, addresses documented completion items, organizes project records, and provides applicable warranty and closeout information.
