These commitments create the behavioral framework around Guardian’s agreements, technical standards, documentation system, and quality-control gates.
Before work advances, Guardian will identify the service being authorized, the known purpose of the work, important limitations, customer responsibilities, and applicable payment terms in the controlling agreement.
The team will plan reasonable protections for occupants, contents, unaffected finishes, access routes, landscaping, operations, and completed work based on the property and authorized scope.
Guardian will identify points of contact and communicate material schedule, condition, scope, safety, access, or responsibility changes through the project record or another appropriate written channel.
When discovered conditions or customer decisions materially change authorized work, price, sequence, or responsibility, Guardian will document the issue and obtain the approval required by the agreement before proceeding, except where immediate safety or emergency authority controls.
Guardian will preserve relevant photographs, measurements, field activity, authorizations, decisions, and completion information appropriate to the work. Records will not be represented as proving facts they cannot establish.
Guardian will provide itemization appropriate to the agreement and project, distinguish deposits, payments, credits, and balances, and review specifically disputed charges against available records.
A verified workmanship, billing, or administrative error will be assigned for correction, documented, and carried through the applicable quality-control process.
Guardian will identify completed work, known open items, customer decisions, warranty or maintenance information when applicable, remaining balances, and the next property phase at closeout.
Guardian cannot control every condition, decision, carrier action, product delay, hidden assembly, or third party. A successful recovery depends on timely facts, access, authority, communication, and performance from everyone responsible for the project.
Report new damage, leaks, odors, movement, access issues, safety concerns, or other material conditions promptly.
Provide lawful access, utilities when required, selections, approvals, and a reliable decision-maker within the project timeline.
Unless safety requires action, avoid discarding, repairing, moving, cleaning, or concealing relevant damaged materials before they are documented.
Review the agreement, scope, exclusions, pricing terms, deposit treatment, cancellation provisions, and responsibilities before signing.
Identify the charge, workmanship item, document, communication, or condition in question so it can be compared to the project record.
Pay authorized charges, protect installed work, follow maintenance requirements, and allow a reasonable opportunity to inspect and correct covered concerns.
Name the exact condition, charge, document, promise, or workmanship item in question.
Keep photographs, messages, invoices, dates, and affected materials available for review.
Guardian compares the concern to the agreement, project record, applicable requirements, and completed work.
We explain the available evidence, remaining questions, proposed correction, or reason the position differs.
Verified errors enter the quality-control process with responsibility and proof of clearance.
Unresolved issues move to the appropriate supervisor, technical reviewer, manufacturer, specialist, or formal dispute process.
This public charter describes Guardian’s intended customer-protection framework. It does not replace or modify a signed contract, warranty, approved scope, payment term, statutory right, insurance policy, safety instruction, or manufacturer requirement.
If a conflict exists, the controlling agreement and applicable law govern. Insurance coverage and claim-payment decisions remain the responsibility of the property owner and insurance carrier. Conditions outside Guardian’s observation or control may require additional investigation, authorization, time, or cost.
