No. It is temporary protection intended to reduce additional weather entry until the roof can be properly inspected and repaired.

Should I install a tarp myself?

Roof access after a storm or fire can be extremely dangerous. Avoid climbing onto damaged, wet, steep, or unstable roofing.

What if water has already entered the interior?
